Responsibilities

• 1. Communicate with students and international clients via emails, calls, messages and other channels to understand accommodation requirements.
• 2. Manage and process incoming leads on the Casita platform; assist students through booking and address queries.
• 3. Use negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into bookings and maintain accurate records.
• 4. Work with Sales, Marketing, Supply and internal teams for smooth operations and communication.
• 5. Maintain and update sales, customer, supplier, and market data; prepare reports for meetings.
• 6. Collaborate in a team and demonstrate proactive, time-managed problem-solving.

Experience: 04 Years

Location: Gurgaon

Preference: Immediate joiners and candidates with prior experience in handling international clients will be preferred.

Key Requirement: Experience in handling international clients is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Client Communication amp; Relationship Management
   • Communicate with students and international clients through emails, calls, messages, and other channels to understand their accommodation requirements.
2. 2. Sales amp; Lead Management
   • Manage and process incoming leads on the Casita platform accurately and efficiently.
   • Assist students throughout the booking journey, addressing their queries and helping them identify suitable accommodation options.
   • Use effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to convert leads into successful bookings.
   • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely updates in internal systems.
3. 3. Client Satisfaction amp; Problem Resolution
   • Identify customer concerns and accommodation-related challenges, and recommend suitable solutions.
   • Resolve queries promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
   • Proactively follow up with students to provide assistance at different stages of their association with Casita.
4. 4. Cross-Functional Coordination
   • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
5. 5. Reporting amp; Business Support
   • Maintain and update relevant sales, customer, supplier, and market data.
   • Prepare reports and coordinate data for internal meetings and business reviews.
