Role Description

The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position involves engaging with prospective parents and guardians, explaining program offerings, and guiding them through the admission process. The Sales Associate will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, conduct follow-up calls and messages, schedule demos or trial classes, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with academic and operations teams, supporting marketing campaigns, and meeting individual and team enrollment targets while providing a positive, professional experience to all families.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain educational programs clearly to parents and guardians.
• Sales and customer service experience, preferably in education, edtech, or service-oriented organizations.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple inquiries, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with phone, video calls, and in-person interactions, including follow-ups and consultations.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or additional regional languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in counseling, admissions, or telecalling is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience in sales or customer support.
