Role Description

The Sales Assistant is a part-time, hybrid role based in Vapi, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. This role supports the sales team by handling inquiries, preparing basic sales materials, maintaining customer records, and coordinating follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. Responsibilities include assisting with client communication, scheduling meetings, updating sales trackers or CRM tools, and ensuring that information is organized and accessible. The Sales Assistant will also help with basic customer service tasks, such as addressing routine questions, routing complex requests to the appropriate team member, and contributing to a professional and positive experience for all clients.
