Job summary

Parfum in Kerala is seeking an enthusiastic perfume sales associate to join our team. You will engage customers, share fragrance knowledge, and guide shoppers to find their signature scents. A friendly, service-driven mindset is essential.

This in-person role offers product training, growth opportunities, and a compensation package with commissions. Location: Edappal and Changaramkulam; salary ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Welcome visitors, understand their preferences, and guide them through our fragrance collections with tailored recommendations.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our perfume notes, concentrations, and brand stories to educate and assist customers.

Sales & Targets: Actively drive sales, promote special offers, and achieve individual and store targets.

Store Maintenance: Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure counters and testers are clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Inventory & POS Operations: Assist with inventory checks, restock products, and handle cash register transactions smoothly.
