Job summary

Digital Marketing Systems Pvt Ltd in Indore seeks a field-based Sales Support executive to understand customer requirements and propose ABB drives, motors, control panels, Fluke instruments and service packages.

You will generate high-quality leads, follow up on prospects, coordinate with design and programming teams for installations, provide after-sales support, and log client feedback to help refine product and service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager by understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable ABB drives, motors, control panels, Fluke instruments and service packages.
• Generate leads through technical presentations, explain product features and scientific processes, and generate high-quality leads for both products and services.
• Manage sales cycle: follow up on prospects, secure orders, negotiate prices, arrange deliveries and contribute to upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for equipment and after‑sales services.
• Technical liaison & support: discuss equipment needs with customers, collaborate with design and programming teams, provide after-sales support, and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Market feedback: log client feedback, collect competitive intelligence and share it with the Sales Manager to refine product and service offerings.

• Solution & service selling: Support the Sales Manager by understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable ABB drives, motors, control panels, Fluke instruments and service packages (spares, repairs and maintenance).
• Generate leads: Prepare technical presentations, explain product features and scientific processes, and generate high‑quality leads for both products and services.
• Manage sales cycle: Follow up on prospects, secure orders, negotiate prices, arrange deliveries and contribute to upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for equipment and after‑sales services.
