GoAsian Wellness in Goa seeks a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive business growth, convert enquiries into bookings and develop strategic partnerships with hotels, resorts and travel operators.

You will handle incoming queries via calls, WhatsApp and online channels, promote Kerala Ayurveda therapies, manage leads and report on sales performance.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and comfort with telecalling.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, lead conversion or customer service preferred.
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Confident, presentable and target-oriented with basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and online enquiries generated through ads.
• Convert potential leads into bookings and wellness packages.
• Follow up with enquiries, maintain relationships and ensure excellent service.
• Promote Kerala Ayurveda therapies, Panchakarma programmes and premium packages.
• Build partnerships with hotels, resorts, travel agents and local businesses.
• Participate in promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor sales performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute ideas to revenue growth.

We offer authentic Ayurvedic therapies, Panchakarma treatments, wellness retreats and personalised wellness experiences, combining traditional Kerala Ayurveda with professional hospitality standards.

We are looking for a dynamic, confident and target-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive business growth, convert enquiries into bookings and develop strategic partnerships across Goa.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and online enquiries generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed appointments, bookings and wellness packages.
• Follow up with enquiries, maintain customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
• Promote Kerala Ayurveda therapies, Panchakarma programmes, wellness retreats and premium packages.
• Build business partnerships with hotels, resorts, travel agents, tour operators and local businesses.
• Participate in promotional activities, local campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, maintain lead records and monitor sales performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute ideas to improve marketing and revenue growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, telecalling, lead conversion or customer service preferred.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and customer relationship management skills.
• Confident, presentable, professional and target-oriented personality.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp and online communication.
• Ability to manage leads, follow-ups and sales reporting.
• Hospitality, wellness, tourism or retail industry experience is an advantage.
• A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or Hospitality is preferred.
