Senior Business Analyst - Sales Excellence & Analytics

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-focused professional to work closely with the Sales Head, Sales Leadership Team, and Sales Operations teams. The role focuses on analyzing sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, evaluating sales productivity, recommending incentive structures, analyzing product performance, and driving data-backed decisions to improve sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Sales Heads and sales teams to understand business challenges and opportunities.
• Collect and analyze sales performance data across products, regions, channels, and teams.
• Identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and performance drivers affecting sales outcomes.
• Track sales KPIs including revenue, target achievement, productivity, conversion rates, and product penetration.
• Analyze incentive plans and recommend effective compensation structures.
• Review product-wise sales performance and suggest improvement opportunities.
• Conduct root cause analysis for sales performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, executive presentations, and business reviews.
