Cynosure Corporate Solutions is seeking a hands-on Senior Business Analyst - Sales Analytics to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Leadership to turn data into actionable insights. Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Sales/Revenue Analytics or Business Analytics in fintech, SaaS, financial services, or similar data-rich environments.
• Strong SQL proficiency (window functions, CTEs, performance tuning) and hands-on experience building curated models in dbt.
• Experience with Salesforce data analytics, including objects, fields, opportunity stages, campaigns, and activity data.
• Proficiency in Tableau, including LOD expressions, parameters, actions, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx or comparable ETL/data preparation tools.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leadership and Revenue Operations to frame business questions, define KPIs, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain standardized reporting for pipeline health, funnel conversion, SDR/AE performance, lead routing, and forecast accuracy.
• Lead ad hoc analyses on campaign effectiveness, territory coverage, channel performance, and pricing/discounting trends.
• Design robust SQL/dbt models for sales data marts, ensuring clean definitions, documentation, and repeatable data workflows.
• Develop and maintain user-friendly Tableau dashboards, driving adoption through training, versioning, and stakeholder feedback.
• Monitor Salesforce data hygiene, optimize reporting datasets, and collaborate with Sales Ops and Data Engineering to resolve data issues.
• Implement QA checks, alerting, and monitoring for critical reports and pipelines; document metrics, dashboards, and workflows.
