Job summary

MarketStar recruiting Kard for an Ads Ops Specialist in Bangalore to join the Merchant team. You will work cross-functionally with Merchant Sales, Issuer Sales, Partners, Data, and Marketing to support campaigns and reporting.

The role blends strategic partnership with hands-on campaign setup, loading offers, launching campaigns, and delivering performance insights for merchants across multiple placements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ad ops, account management, or sales support.
• Experience with GSuite, MongoDB and Salesforce preferred.
• Ownership mentality with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal campaign managers and Kard's external merchants to set up and manage offer campaigns.
• Build, monitor, and optimize campaigns across multiple offer placements.
• Conduct regular health checks on campaigns and ensure data accuracy in reporting.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business including brand marketing, data, product, engineering, content and more to prioritize growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign setup and delivery.
• Generate and deliver periodic reports on campaign performance to internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ad operations
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects related to ad operations as needed.
• Directly support troubleshooting & reconciliation processes, serving as the escalation point around all operational issues related to campaigns supported.

About the Role

Kard is looking for an independent and highly motivated Ads Ops specialist to join the Merchant team. You'll work cross functionally across Merchant Sales, Issuer Sales, Partners, Data, and Marketing. The role will be a mix of working strategically with leadership to continue to iterate and improve campaign launch support as well as working tactically with data and product teams to load offers, launch campaigns, and provide reporting for our merchants.
