Job summary

SBI Life in Maharashtra seeks a Sales Support Executive to assist insurance advisors, agents, and sales managers with day-to-day activities, proposals, and customer documentation.

You will coordinate with underwriting and policy issuance teams, track proposals through underwriting, and help prepare sales MIS reports, supporting policy renewals and servicing.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales support to insurance advisors, agents, and sales managers.
• Assist in preparing and processing life insurance proposals and applications.
• Verify customer documents and ensure all required KYC and policy documents are complete.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, medical, and policy issuance teams.
• Track proposal status from submission through underwriting and policy issuance.
• Follow up on pending documents, medical requirements, payments, and policy-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of proposals, policies, customer information, and sales data.
• Handle customer and advisor queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and MIS reports.
• Monitor pending cases and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely closure.
• Support policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other servicing requirements.
