Job summary

Naukai E-hire in Mumbai/Bangalore is seeking a proactive sales associate to drive life insurance growth. You will generate leads through cold calls, visits, walk-ins and referrals, consult clients on financial goals, and present suitable plans to help meet sales targets.

You will maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewals and additional referrals, collect KYC documents, assist with proposal forms and smooth policy issuance, and consistently work toward monthly, quarterly and yearly

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or insurance is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage client documentation and KYC processes.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and visits.
