Job summary

Redion is seeking a seasoned operations professional to lead sales support and insurance operations, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.

The role also oversees platform management, data accuracy, automation initiatives, and team leadership, requiring strong Excel and analytics skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask across multiple IT portals and CRM tools.

Qualifications
