Job summary

KP Group in Gujarat seeks an on-site HSE professional to develop site-specific safety plans, conduct risk assessments and audits, and ensure compliance with client safety standards. You will lead hazard identification, incident investigations, and emergency preparedness while coordinating training for staff.

The role involves maintaining safety documents, overseeing work permits, and driving continuous improvement in fire safety and environmental practices on site.

Responsibilities

• Develop site specific HSE Plans and programs based on Risk & regulatory requirement
• Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment and job safety analysis
• Conduct Safety Audit and reviews by Internal team & by External teams
• Maintain safety standards on site as per the approved safety plan by the client
• Emergency Preparedness to safeguard against possible emergencies/ hazards
• Conducting Training pertaining to Health & Safety.
• Review Task Risk Assessment and job Safety Analysis.
• Should provide safety training to all staff concerned at site and office
• Should collect all safety-related documents from site on a weekly basis.
• Ensuring site execution in accordance with quality, safety environmental standards
• Maintaining records of work executed
• Monitor work permit system and its compliance on a regular basis
• Coordinate for safety study and upgrade/revise HSE documents as and when required
• Reporting of incident & investigation system, RCA (root cause analysis)
• Conduct trainings, mock drills and audits on fire prevention, fire protection, firefighting systems and emergency preparedness at site.
• Schedule Inspection systems, Carry out general & specific safety inspections and audits of different plants & areas wrt fire safety
• Candidate from solar and wind background will added advantage & will be preferred.
