Classic Signages Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Safety Supervisor (Solar Projects) to ensure safe, compliant execution of solar installations across PAN India. The role emphasizes hazard identification, PPE compliance, and active safety management on multiple sites.

The candidate will oversee safety practices during solar, electrical and construction activities, conduct inductions and toolbox talks, and maintain thorough safety documentation throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Industrial Safety or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in solar, electrical, construction, EPC projects.
• NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
• Identify hazards and implement appropriate risk controls and preventive measures.
• Ensure proper use of PPE by all workers and site personnel.
• Monitor safety during solar panel installation, electrical work, cabling and structure installation.
• Ensure safe working practices for height work, electrical work, lifting and material handling.
• Conduct Toolbox Talks, Safety Inductions, and daily safety briefings.
• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases.
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers and installation teams for safe execution.
• Ensure proper barricading, warning signs, permits, and emergency arrangements at sites.

Job Overview We are hiring a proactive and safety-focused Safety Supervisor (Solar Projects) to ensure safe and compliant execution of solar installation and project activities across multiple sites. The candidate will be responsible for identifying hazards, implementing safety measures, ensuring PPE compliance, and maintaining a safe working environment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Industrial Safety, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Solar, Electrical, Construction, Infrastructure, or EPC projects
• Strong knowledge of Solar Project Site Safety & HSE practices
• Knowledge of Electrical Safety, Work at Height, Lifting & Material Handling
• Knowledge of On-Grid & Off-Grid Solar Project activities will be an added advantage
• NEBOSH / IOSH / Safety certification will be an added advantage
• Good communication, reporting, coordination, and team-handling skills
• Willingness to work at project sites / PAN India locations
