Job summary

Leadec, operating in Gujarat region of India, seeks an EHS professional to lead site safety programs. You will plan and implement EHS policies, coordinate with the customer EHS team, and monitor safety compliance across PPE, LOTO, PTW, OHSA, and risk assessments.

Should have Good knowledge of Manufacturing industries & Industrial Safety

• Plan & implement Company & Customer EHS policies & program at site.
• Will work in coordination with the Customer EHS team.
• Monitoring UC & UA, LOTO, PPEs, MSDS, PTW, OHSA.
• Risk Assessment/Management (HIRA/JSA).
• Reporting of Accident/Incident with RCA & CAPA.
• EHS policies & procedure Motivate & drive the team to follow safety rules & regulations at workplace
• Leadership ability, communication, meeting & presentation skills
• Conducts safety meetings, training, audits, and inspections
