Job summary

Seeking an EHS professional to implement the IMS across project operations, promote the LIFE program, and deliver leadership training throughout the site.

The role emphasizes stopping unsafe work, coordinating EHS reporting, and advising on IMS improvements to ensure Zero Harm objectives are met on the project.

Qualifications

• Understand the L&T Residential Commercial Factories IC EHS Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure it is implemented throughout project level operations.
• Support and promote the L&T LIFE program (Live – Injury – Free – Each day) and Zero Harm Vision.
• Deliver the L&T LIFE EHS leadership training program across the project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all EHS matters for IC projects by receiving regular reports, conducting EHS visits, and sharing information with stakeholders.
• Advise the Project Head on weaknesses within the EHS IMS and its implementation.
• Stop work if unsafe practices are witnessed and promote a proactive safety culture.

Job Description

Ensure L&T L.I.F.E. EHS leadership training program is delivered throughout the project.

Co-ordinate all L&T Residential Commercial Factories IC project EHS matters by receiving regular reports, making EHS visits, and ensuring that information is circulated to keep all concerned fully informed.

Advise the Project Head areas of weakness within the EHS IMS, EHS plans and implementation of the system.
