Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience in metal fabrication, construction, or industrial environments is an advantage.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Safety Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Safety Engineer will develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures for fabrication, construction, and maintenance activities within the facility and at project sites. Daily responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits; identifying hazards; and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The role involves coordinating occupational health initiatives, overseeing emergency response plans, and supporting security protocols relevant to personnel and assets. The Safety Engineer will also deliver safety training sessions, maintain documentation and compliance records, and collaborate with operations, engineering, and management teams to ensure a safe work environment in line with statutory regulations and company standards.

Salary : 25,000 - 35,000 /month
