Vriti in Jaipur, India, seeks a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to shape positioning, messaging, and GTM for its HR-tech AI SaaS offerings. You will partner with Product and Engineering to translate capabilities into compelling B2B content and drive pipeline across multiple channels.
You will lead multi-channel demand generation, craft high-conversion assets, manage budgets, run A/B tests, and build lifecycle nurturing. Collaboration with leadership and sales is essential for success.
Partner closely with the Product and Engineering teams to gain deep visibility into the product roadmap, features, and technical differentiators (candidate matching algorithms, automated scoring, workflow integrations).
Translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling B2B messaging, sales collateral, customer-facing one-pagers, and feature release announcements.
Collaborate with executive management to define target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), target ACVs, and market expansion roadmaps.
Establish weekly/monthly performance reporting cadences with leadership covering pipeline health, CAC, CPL, and attribution.
Architect and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Search/Intent, Meta B2B) and outbound sequences (cold email, ABM).
Plan, write, and oversee high-converting marketing assets: video scripts/walkthroughs, static ad creatives, landing pages, and educational recruitment whitepapers/case studies.
Manage paid media budgets efficiently, running continuous A/B tests on hooks, copy, audience segments, and landing page conversions to lower CPL and CAC.
Define and maintain clear criteria for MQLs, SQLs, and target account tiers based on firmographic fit and behavioral intent.
Build and optimize automated lifecycle nurturing email workflows for leads who engage with content or demos, guiding them systematically down the funnel.
Monitor lead health, churn risk, and conversion velocity across each stage of the funnel.
Map and govern the end-to-end lead journey in the CRM: Lead -> MQL -> SQL -> Demo Scheduled -> Pilot/POC -> Closed-Won.
Establish and monitor Marketing-to-Sales Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee rapid speed-to-lead and timely follow-ups.
Build a bi-directional feedback loop with the sales team to analyze disqualification reasons and refine outbound targeting and ad audiences.
Equip sales reps with pitch decks, competitive battlecards, customer testimonials, and objection-handling guides.
3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, Demand Generation, or Growth Marketing (HR tech, recruitment tech, or AI SaaS experience is a strong advantage).
