Job summary

ABS Groups is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive the growth of its Solar Rooftop Business across the West Zone. You will lead regional sales, develop market strategies, and manage distributors, installers and channel partners.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of sales experience, with at least 4+ years in Solar Rooftop or Renewable Energy, and strong knowledge of the West India market.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years of overall sales experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Solar Rooftop / Renewable Energy.
• Strong West India market exposure.
• Proven expertise in channel sales, distribution management and dealer development.
• Strong EPC and solar installer network.
• Experience in team handling and regional sales management.
• Good knowledge of residential and commercial solar markets.
