Job summary

Consult Asia is seeking an RSA Archer Administrator to join our security operations team in Kolkata. You will manage user access, configure the platform, and ensure SLA compliance through effective incident resolution.

You will monitor data feeds, handle ServiceNow tickets, support disaster recovery and certificate activities, and maintain SOPs/runbooks for 24x7 production support.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years RSA Archer administration/support experience.
• Expertise in access control, data feeds, ServiceNow, SQL and Active Directory.
• Experience providing 24x7 production support and incident resolution.
