Job summary

Consult Asia seeks an RSA Archer administrator to support the platform, manage user access and configurations, and troubleshoot incidents. The candidate will monitor data feeds, handle ServiceNow tickets, and assist in DR and certificate activities while maintaining SOPs and runbooks to meet SLA commitments.

The role requires 3-5 years of RSA Archer experience with hands-on expertise in access control, data feeds, SQL and Active Directory in a 24x7 production environment.

• Ability to provide 24x7 production support and troubleshoot incidents.
