Job summary

Consult Asia in India is seeking an RSA Archer administrator to support and optimize the RSA Archer platform in a demanding production environment.

You will manage user access and configurations, troubleshoot incidents, monitor data feeds, handle ServiceNow tickets, support DR and certificate activities, and maintain SOPs/runbooks to ensure SLA compliance for 24x7 operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of RSA Archer administration/support experience.
• Expertise in access control, data feeds, and production support.
• Experience with ServiceNow and troubleshooting in a 24x7 environment.
