Job summary

Consult Asia is seeking an RSA Archer administrator to join our team in Odisha. You will administer and support the RSA Archer platform, manage user access and configurations, and troubleshoot incidents to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring data feeds, handling ServiceNow tickets, supporting disaster recovery and certificate activities, and maintaining SOPs/runbooks to meet SLA commitments. Prior 3–5 years of RSA Archer experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of RSA Archer administration/support experience.
• Expertise in access control, data feeds, ServiceNow, SQL, Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide 24x7 production support.
