Job summary

TheCorporate is seeking an experienced RPO Recruiter for IT and Non-IT recruitment to source, screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates based on client requirements. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, building a strong candidate pipeline, and coordinating interviews to meet targets.

Responsibilities include understanding client needs, using Boolean searches, and managing candidate records in ATS/CRM, with a night shift aligned to US business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in RPO or staffing.
• Strong understanding of both IT and Non-IT hiring.

We are looking for an experienced RPO Recruiter with strong knowledge of both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting qualified candidates based on client requirements.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and candidate-screening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
