Job summary

TheCorporate LLC is seeking an experienced RPO Recruiter to support IT and Non-IT hiring needs from India. You will source, screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates based on client requirements.

Responsibilities include conducting interviews, coordinating with clients and hiring managers, maintaining ATS/CRM records, and meeting submission and placement targets while working night shift aligned with U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

• 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT hiring.
• Experience with U.S. recruitment is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Experience using major platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder).
• Good knowledge of ATS/CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and candidate-screening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM.
• Meet daily/weekly submission and placement targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Work closely with clients and internal recruitment teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced RPO Recruiter with strong knowledge of both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting qualified candidates based on client requirements.

Requirements
