Background

Work Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience; 3+ years in RPO environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.

• Possess strong interpersonal skills and some ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data
• Track record of high achievement
• Demonstrated success working on teams
• At least 2 years of experience in being accountable for the performance and results of a medium‑sized team or multiple small teams of employees
• Experience in planning and managing resources to deliver against predetermined objectives
• Proven experiences in addressing complex issues and developing recommended solutions
• College or university degree or the equivalent work experience

Technical Requirements

• Proficient with the Google environment including Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Slides
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and applicable tools
