Job summary

Birlasoft in Noida, India is seeking a Sr Technical Lead for RPA UI Path - App Development to drive end-to-end automation programs.

The role combines hands-on UiPath development with solution delivery, owning design, testing, deployment and governance across enterprise-scale projects. You will collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, reusable automation components.

Advanced UiPath Development & Solution Delivery

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade automations using UiPath.
• Lead the technical implementation of complex automation programs while remaining hands-on in development activities.
• Convert business requirements into scalable technical designs and solution architecture documents.
• Develop reusable automation frameworks, libraries, and components.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and governance processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and infrastructure teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
