Educational Background

Minimum Experience

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Knowledge Required

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Experience in areas related to process automation
• Automation techniques using macros and/or workflow-based software
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather automation requirements.
• Develop and maintain RPA documentation (PDDs, SDDs, runbooks).
• Ensure adherence to best practices in automation development and deployment.
• Monitor bots in production and resolve any issues that arise (debugging, exception handling).
• Maintain version control and follow change management procedures.
• Collaborate with IT for infrastructure, security, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) by identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Business skills and experience in IT, accounting, finance, or operations
• Strong written and verbal communication

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of RPA lifecycle.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting (VB.NET, C#, Python, etc.).
• Experience with orchestrator, queues, REFramework, and attended/unattended bots.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and database integration (SQL).
• Strong organization and self-management skills, willing to take initiative and follow through
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Reasonably proficiency in reading Microsoft Office Visio or other equivalent process flow-charting tool or workflow-based logic
• Identifying and addressing client needs, building relationships with clients, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor
• Contributing as a team member: understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; Ability to work effectively with a variety of skill sets to tackle complex challenges
