Job summary

MassMutual India in Hyderabad seeks a Lead RPA Developer to drive end-to-end bot development and automate critical business processes. You will design scalable robotics solutions, mentor junior developers, and coordinate across IT and business units to deliver robust automation using UiPath and related technologies.

The role requires extensive RPA experience, strong programming, and proven ability to optimize performance while following REFramework and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/computer engineering or related.
• 8+ years of application development experience.
• Experience with C#, Java, C++ and legacy/mainframe apps.
• Experience with SQL, XML, and JSON.
• Scripting experience using Python, Perl, Visual Basic, Shell script.
• Knowledge of Windows, UNIX and Linux operating systems.
• Strong design, coding, testing and debugging skills.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex projects.
• Excellent communication and commitment to professional/service excellence.
• 5+ years UiPath or equivalent RPA experience preferred.
• UiPath IDP/IXP experience; cloud solutions; Studio/Orchestrator; Agile/Scrum.
• Strong focus on REFramework, API/SQL integration and performance optimization.

• Work on full bot development end-to-end
• Design and implement software robotics and process automation in support of business requirements, software and industry best practices
• Participate in the development of new offerings and innovation in the automation space
• Carry out development, unit as well as end-to-end testing, troubleshooting and training of software robots and programmed automation
• Lead a development team throughout SDLC process
• Work collaboratively across business and IT organizations
• Problem-solve, prioritize, and manage projects using Waterfall and Agile Development Methodologies

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/computer engineering or related
• Minimum 8 years application development
• Experience in programming languages C#, Java, C++ as well as mainframe/legacy applications
• Experience with SQL, XML, and JSON
• Scripting experience using Python, Perl, Visual Basic, Shell script
• Knowledge with major Operating System such as Windows, UNIX and Linux
• Excellent design, coding, testing and debugging skills
• Experience in designing and implementing complex projects
• Good oral/written communication and strong commitment to professional/service excellence
• Minimum 5+ years UiPath or equivalent relevant RPA experience preferred
• Preferred hands‑on experience with UiPath IDP and IXP (Document Understanding / Communication Mining)
• Preferred experience with Ui Path cloud solutions, UiPath tools (Studio, Orchestrator), ensuring best practices, mentoring juniors, managing projects (Agile/Scrum), troubleshooting, and collaborating with stakeholders for scalable, efficient complex automations.
• Mandatory strong focus on REFramework, API/SQL integration, and performance optimization.

Preferred Certifications

• Advanced RPA Developer certification (UiARD).
