Job summary

Manpowergroup Services India is looking for a candidate with strong expertise in UiPath and Automation Anywhere for automation development and support. The role requires experience in cloud environments, server administration, API integrations, and troubleshooting automation processes. You will handle bot lifecycle management and participate in automation transformation initiatives. Ideal candidates will demonstrate proficiency in Python scripting, SQL, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow. This position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in UiPath development and automation frameworks.
• Practical experience with at least one major cloud.
• Hands-on development experience in Automation Anywhere (A360 / Automation 360).
• Experience in RPA platform migration or automation transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of process analysis, workflow redesign, and automation best practices.
• Experience with API integrations, OCR, queues, exception handling, and orchestration.
• Familiarity with enterprise automation governance and bot lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience supporting UiPath and Automation Anywhere bots in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of bot monitoring, monitoring dashboards, orchestration tools, queue management, and scheduling.
• Experience in Windows server administration, VM management, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation utilities development.
• Experience with Streamlit for building lightweight automation dashboards or tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, database monitoring, and troubleshooting automation-related data issues.
• Familiarity with PowerShell / shell scripting for system automation.
• Experience with log analysis, debugging automation failures, and RCA.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and SLA-based support models.
• Experience in troubleshooting automation failures, application-level issues, and infrastructure-related incidents.
• Familiarity with Windows environments, log analysis, and basic scripting.
• Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
