Job summary

Job Title: RPA Developer

Experience: 4- 7 years experience

Location: India / Hybrid

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated RPA Developer with experience in Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Automate Desktop to design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise automation solutions.

An Ideal RPA Developer with 46 years of experience should be strong in BOT development, debugging, testing, and support, with hands-on exposure to Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and/or Power Automate Desktop. Migration experience is preferred but not mandatory, provided the candidate has strong RPA fundamentals and can support BOT conversion, remediation, and testing activities

Key Responsibilities

Automation Development

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using:

• Automation Anywhere A360
• UiPath
• Microsoft Power Automate Desktop
• Build scalable and reusable workflows.
• Develop attended and unattended automations.
• Create reusable components and libraries.

Bot Migration & Modernization

• Support migration of bots from Automation Anywhere and UiPath to Power Automate Desktop.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify migration requirements.
• Assist in bot conversion, remediation, debugging, and optimization activities.
• Participate in migration testing and validation activities.

Integration Development

• Integrate bots with:
• Web Applications
• Desktop Applications
• SAP Applications
• Databases
• APIs and Third-Party Systems
• Develop API-based integrations using REST and SOAP services.
