Job summary

Manpowergroup Services India seeks an experienced RPA Lead to architect and migrate UiPath bots to Automation Anywhere (A360). You will design, re-engineer processes, and guide migration efforts across governance and security requirements.

The role requires 8+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in RPA (3+ UiPath and 2+ Automation Anywhere), strong automation frameworks, and hands-on development in cloud, API integrations, and data security.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and document existing UiPath automation workflows, dependencies, and integrations.
• Design and develop equivalent or improved automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Re-engineering of processes where necessary to align with Automation Anywhere best practices and framework standards.
• Perform bot migration, configuration, and deployment in Automation Anywhere environments.
• Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure migrated bot function accurately and efficiently.
• Optimize automation logic for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Create & maintain documentation including process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and migration playbooks.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with enterprise governance standards.
• Provide post-migration support, monitoring, and continuous improvement of automated processes.
• Data Security: Data classification, Capturing of Risks & mitigations, Masking & Unmasking, Encryption & Decryption.
• Documentation & Change Management: Follow the organizational standard governance with 100% documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience Level: 8+ Years (Overall Software Engineering), 5+ Years in RPA (3+ UiPath & 2+ Automation Anywhere)

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience in UiPath development and automation frameworks.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Practical experience with at least one major cloud.
• Hands-on development experience in Automation Anywhere (A360 / Automation 360).
• Experience in RPA platform migration or automation transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of process analysis, workflow redesign, and automation best practices.
• Experience with API integrations, OCR, queues, exception handling, and orchestration.
• Familiarity with enterprise automation governance and bot lifecycle management.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Software Engineering Best Practices: Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), version control (Git), automated testing (pytest), and secure coding standards.
• Frontend: Expertise in Streamlit, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, HTML/CSS.
• Programming: Proficiency in Node.js, Java, Python, .Net or equivalent technologies.
• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub and GitOps.
• Databases: Experience with relational (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL/MySQL), NoSQL & Vector databases.
• Testing: Strong knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks.

Communication

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

• Familiarity with UI/UX prototyping for AI using React or Streamlit.
• Logistics & Transportation domain knowledge with automation implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
• Experience in the digital transformation ecosystem (e.g., Automation, AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Power Platform, Power BI, or real-time analytics).
• Experience in large-scale RPA transformation or automation platform migration.
• Exposure to intelligent automation capabilities such as AI/ML, document processing, or cognitive automation.
• Knowledge of enterprise security best practices.
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
