Job summary

Awign in Bengaluru North, India, is seeking an experienced IT/application support or operations professional to manage RPA support in an enterprise setting.

You will perform hands-on UiPath work (Orchestrator, Studio) and collaborate on incidents, requests and changes using ServiceNow or JIRA. A strong foundation in Windows Server, AD, basic SQL, and scripting will be essential, with exposure to APIs and OCR/document understanding considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–9 years of total IT/application support or operations experience.
• 3–5 years of strong hands-on experience in RPA support or operations, preferably with UiPath in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with RPA tools (primarily UiPath; exposure to others is a plus).
• Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or JIRA for incident, request, and change management.
• Working knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator and UiPath Studio for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments, basic networking concepts, and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of Active Directory concepts and role-based access control.
• Basic SQL skills; exposure to VB/VBA or scripting is desirable.
• Exposure to OCR/Document Understanding, VDI environments, and API integrations is advantageous.

Required qualifications

Proven Experience with RPA tools (primarily UiPath; exposure to Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate is an added advantage).

Practical experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or JIRA for incident, request, and change management.

Technical skills
Working knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator (jobs, queues, assets, schedules, logs) and UiPath Studio sufficient to read and understand workflows for troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Windows Server environments, basic networking concepts, and application/service monitoring tools.

Understanding of Active Directory concepts (users, groups, service accounts) and rolebased access control models.

Basic SQL skills (reading queries, validating logs/data) and desirable exposure to VB/VBA or scripting for operational utilities and analysis.

Advantageous exposure to OCR/Document Understanding, VDI environments, and troubleshooting integrations (APIs, email, web apps).
