Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.

• Strong knowledge of room inventory management and room allocation procedures.
• Experience with Property Management Systems such as Opera or Fidelio.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities and deliver accurate guest service.
