We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Robotic Process Automation Configurator.

In This Role, You Will

• Analyzing and understanding the business processes in detail where required.
• Identifying and communicating the technical software requirements.
• Designing automated process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
• Configuring new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
• Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Problem solving issues that arise in day-to-day running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.

To Be Successful, You Will

• Communicating with software suppliers through the team structure on software related issues, suggested improvements and participating with other users in the automation community.
• Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
• Understanding of RPA technologies, the operational processes and when RPA should be used
• Knowledge of the enterprise’s business operations
• Blue prism accredited at a minimum
• Power Automate Certified - PL900/PL500 for MS platform accredited at a minimum
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence Tools
• Graduate in any discipline with a minimum with 1- 4 years of experience
