We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Automation and Artifical Intelligence Solutions Manager

In This Role, You Will

• Analyze processes to identify manual effort, repetitive activities, control gaps, operational risks and opportunities for simplification.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of automation and Artifical Intelligence use cases, prioritized based on value, feasibility, risk and scalability.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from ideation and proof of concept through to production implementation and benefits realization.
• Lead the design and implementation of automation and Artifical Intelligence solutions across business processes and translate business requirements into practical automation and Artifical Intelligence solutions.
• Conduct end-to-end process reviews and identify opportunities to eliminate, simplify, standardize and automate activities.
• Assess risks relating to data privacy, confidentiality, bias, explainability, model performance, security and operational resilience.
• Maintain clear documentation covering data sources, prompts, models, assumptions, testing and known limitations where relevant.

To Be Successful You Will

• Build effective relationships with senior stakeholders, business owners, process owners, technology teams and delivery partners.
• Experience of 10- 15 years with masters/bachelor’s degree
• Translate complex automation and Artifical Intelligence concepts into clear business outcomes and practical recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops to define requirements, redesign processes and agree target operating models.
• Manage expectations regarding scope, timelines, benefits, risks and dependencies.
• Track delivery through agreed metrics, dashboards, action logs and status reporting.
