Job summary

Blue Star is seeking a senior Resource Management lead to govern RMG activities for West Region Data Centre projects in Mumbai. The role ensures timely manpower mobilization, optimal utilization, vendor governance, and compliance across projects in collaboration with HR, Finance, Procurement and Project teams.

The incumbent will drive standardization of RMG processes, oversee site-based RMG teams, and enable data-driven decisions via MIS and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in Resource Management (RMG) for Data Centre projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Resource Management (RMG) activities across DC projects in the WR, ensuring timely manpower mobilization and optimum resource utilization.
• Guide and supervise Site-based RMG Managers and RMG Executives, ensuring adherence to RMG processes, governance & performance standards.
• Drive manpower planning, deployment, redeployment & workforce optimization in coordination with Project Teams and Regional Leadership.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of Project Associates, including onboarding, deployment, due diligence and demobilization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Preferred Project Associates and manpower partners to ensure timely resource availability and effective vendor performance.
• Monitor manpower-related commercial aspects, including WOs, Amendments, vendor billing, payment coordination & associated risks.
• Publish and review regional MIS, dashboards and manpower analytics to support data-driven decision-making & performance monitoring for DC projects.
• Collaborate with Projects, HR, Finance, Procurement and other stakeholders to resolve manpower challenges and support successful project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement through process standardization, digital initiatives, automation and capability development of the regional RMG team.
