Job summary

Blue Star is seeking a Head of the Resource Management Group in Mumbai to lead manpower planning, deployment, and governance across multiple projects. The role focuses on ensuring timely mobilization, optimal utilization, and effective resource allocation to support business growth.

Qualifications

Job Description

To lead and drive the Resource Management Group (RMG) function across the organization by ensuring timely availability, optimum utilization and effective governance of project resources. The role is responsible for strategic manpower planning, workforce deployment, project associate management, digital transformation, productivity improvement and supporting business growth through efficient resource allocation across multiple business verticals.

• Develop and execute the organization's manpower strategy aligned with business objectives and project requirements.
• Ensure timely mobilization, optimum deployment and efficient utilization of resources across all projects.
• Lead end-to-end management of Project Associates, including onboarding, governance, vendor management, and payout disbursement
• Drive digital transformation through automation, analytics, AI-enabled workforce planning, and MIS dashboards.
• Establish standardized RMG processes, governance frameworks and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with Business Heads, Project Teams, HR, Finance and other stakeholders to resolve resource challenges and support project execution.
• Monitor resource utilization, productivity, manpower costs and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the RMG team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence.
