Role & responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics, ensuring efficiency and minimizing downtime.
• Production Planning: Plan production schedules and manage material planning to meet daily and project-based targets.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures, perform raw material testing, and ensure all concrete meets customer and industry quality standards.
• Logistics & Delivery: Monitor inventory, coordinate with dispatch, and ensure timely, safe, and efficient delivery of concrete to customers.
• Staff Supervision: Supervise, train, and motivate plant staff, including operators and drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies and high levels of discipline.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce all applicable environmental and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
• Maintenance: Ensure the plant and its equipment are maintained in excellent mechanical condition, and manage relationships with suppliers and technicians.
• Cost Control: Minimize wastage, control fuel consumption, and reduce overall production costs.
• Data Analysis: Analyze plant performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Documentation: Prepare and ensure the accuracy of daily business paperwork and handle cash sales according to policy.
