Job summary

UltraTech Cement seeks a QA/QC professional to ensure quality assurance and control for concrete products, promote VAC, and optimize mixes. The role involves field demos, site visits, and responsive problem solving to maintain product performance.

You will provide mix design calculations and material analysis upon request, supporting business development through strong site feedback and customer engagement.

• Visit sites to gather feedback and identify areas of concern; provide detailed mix design and material analysis as needed.

As a major RMC player we face competition from other organized players and local players which makes superior service delivery along with quality products important for good margins. There is huge growth in infrastructure which opens up opportunities for setting up commercial and dedicated plants. The plant and its resources need to be cost effective with focus on maximizing capacity utilization. This makes it imperative for each plant to be efficient and profitable. The plant employees need to be focused and deliver high performance in each of their KRAs and accountabilities.

• Resolve day to day customer grievances related to cracks, workability, slump control, pumping issues cube failures etc. and take corrective and preventive actions based on site feedback
• Visit customer/ site periodically to gather feedback and identify areas of concern

KRA3 Customer Management

• Provide detailed mix design calculation, physical and chemical analysis of raw material to customer as and when required
