Novonesis is seeking a Risk Controller embedded in the project controls team. You will partner with the Project Manager and stakeholders to create a clear, current view of project risk, quantify exposure, and ensure mitigation actions are owned and followed through.

You will collaborate across work packages, acting as the project’s early-warning resource. Your role combines quantitative risk analysis with strong stakeholder facilitation to elevate emerging risks at the right time.

Formación

• A degree in engineering, business, risk management or a relevant related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management or project controls within large capital projects.
• Hands-on experience with quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis, including Monte Carlo analysis.
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to obtain constructive input from stakeholders with competing priorities.
• A structured and analytical approach to risk.
• The confidence and judgement to communicate emerging or uncomfortable risks early and constructively.

• Tracking mitigation actions and the drawdown of contingency in collaboration with Cost Control.
• Running early-warning and escalation routines to support the Project Manager and steering group.
• Integrating risk considerations into change, schedule and estimate reviews, while supporting opportunity management and lessons learned across project gates.

The Role & Your Impact

As Risk Controller, you will be embedded in the project controls team, working closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders across the project. You will help create a clear and current view of project risk, quantify exposure and ensure that mitigation actions are owned and followed through.

Job Location - Novonesis Plant, Patalganga MIDC (Near Panvel, Navi Mumbai)

Transport - Available from Kharghar Station and Panvel Station.

Work: - 5 days from office
