Novonesis invites applications for a Scope Controller position at the Patalganga MIDC plant near Navi Mumbai. You will own the project scope baseline, manage the Work Breakdown Structure, and oversee change control processes to protect the baseline from undocumented scope creep.

You will interface with engineering, procurement, work packages, and contractors, ensuring traceability, cost and schedule impacts are understood, tracked and reported to the Project Manager and steering group.

Formación

• A degree in engineering, construction management or a similar relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in project controls or package management on large capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures, change control and contract scope interpretation.
• A precise and persistent approach, with the ability to maintain disciplined scope control at critical project gates.

The role & your impact

Job Location – Novonesis Plant, Patalganga MIDC (Near Panvel, Navi Mumbai)

Transport - Available from Kharghar Station and Panvel Station.

Work: - 5 days from office
