Novonesis in Navi Mumbai is seeking a focused Risk Controller embedded in the project controls team. You will quantify exposure, manage the risk register, and ensure mitigation actions are followed through to keep a major greenfield project on track.

You will collaborate across work packages and disciplines, escalating emerging risks at the right time and supporting informed project decisions through quantitative risk analysis and effective stakeholder facilitation.

Formación

• Degree in engineering, business, risk management or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in risk management or project controls within large capital projects.
• Hands-on experience with quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis, including Monte Carlo analysis.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to obtain input from stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Structured and analytical approach to risk.
• Ability to communicate emerging or uncomfortable risks early and constructively.

Responsabilidades

• Own the programme risk register across project packages and disciplines.
• Facilitate risk identification workshops and maintain clear risk scoring and ownership.
• Perform quantitative risk analysis across cost and schedule, including Monte Carlo analysis.
• Track mitigation actions and the drawdown of contingency in collaboration with Cost Control.
• Run early-warning and escalation routines to support the Project Manager and steering group.
• Integrate risk considerations into change, schedule and estimate reviews, while supporting opportunity management and lessons learned across project gates.

As Risk Controller, you will be embedded in the project controls team, working closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders across the project. You will help create a clear and current view of project risk, quantify exposure and ensure that mitigation actions are owned and followed through.

You will collaborate across work packages and disciplines, providing the early insight needed to support informed project decisions.

The Role & Your Impact

In this role, you will act as the project's early-warning resource for risk. You will combine quantitative risk analysis with strong stakeholder facilitation, helping the project team understand exposure, establish effective mitigation and **escalate** emerging risks at the right time.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Owning the programme risk register across project packages and disciplines.
• Facilitating risk identification workshops and maintaining clear risk scoring and ownership.
• Performing quantitative risk analysis across cost and schedule, including Monte Carlo analysis, to support assessment of contingency needs.
• Tracking mitigation actions and the drawdown of contingency in collaboration with Cost Control.
• Running early-warning and escalation routines to support the Project Manager and steering group.

What Youll Need to Be Successful

To succeed in this position, you should bring:
