Detailed Job Description:

As an RF Project Manager supporting advanced telecommunications operations in India with Kelly Services, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of RF project lifecycles, project budgeting, resource planning, and client deliverable sign-offs. Your day-to-day responsibilities include directing RF optimization and drive testing squads, managing project scopes and timelines, monitoring financial performance, mitigating operational risks, and driving strategic execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage end-to-end RF engineering, optimization, and drive testing projects across multiple regional markets.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee remote engineering teams, coordinators, and field drive test technicians.

• Minimum of 6 to 10 years of progressive professional experience in RF engineering, with at least 3+ years in a dedicated RF Project Management role.
• Deep technical understanding of wireless network lifecycles, RF optimization, drive testing, and cell site commissioning.
• Proven track record successfully delivering large-scale telecommunications infrastructure and RF optimization projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) for executive stakeholder presentation and team leadership.
• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) highly desired.
• Mandatory legal work eligibility in India with high-speed connectivity for remote operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
