Position Summary:

Foxconn is actively seeking an experienced, analytical, and results-driven RF / AP Project Manager (E3/E4 grade) with 4 to 6 years of industry experience to join our advanced manufacturing and engineering team in Bengaluru on a full-time permanent basis. In this critical project execution and New Product Introduction (NPI) leadership role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end project lifecycles, managing project schedules, milestones, risks, and recovery plans across high-volume production environments. You will leverage your deep practical expertise in RF engineering, cross-functional team coordination, supply chain alignment, and manufacturing operations to ensure uncompromised project delivery excellence. This opportunity prioritizes immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 1-month notice period.

Detailed Job Description:

As an RF / AP Project Manager (E3/E4) supporting advanced manufacturing operations in Bengaluru via Foxconn, you will take full operational and tactical ownership of NPI execution, schedule management, and cross-functional synchronization. Your day-to-day responsibilities include orchestrating engineering, operations, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product transitions from prototype through mass production. You will lead regular project reviews, track key performance milestones, identify potential risks, formulate robust recovery plans, and manage critical escalation pathways. Furthermore, you will drive issue resolution, facilitate stakeholder communication across global business units, and enforce rigorous quality standards throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end project execution, New Product Introduction (NPI), and mass production ramp-up for RF and advanced electronic products.
• Manage detailed project schedules, critical path milestones, risk registers, and proactive schedule recovery plans.
• Coordinate and align multidisciplinary cross-functional teams spanning Engineering, Operations, Quality Control, and Supply Chain.
• Lead regular project status reviews, technical alignment sessions, and executive stakeholder communications.
• Spearhead root cause analysis, issue resolution, and corrective action planning for production and engineering bottlenecks.
• Monitor manufacturing yield metrics, component readiness, and test fixture availability across factory lines.
• Ensure strict adherence to Foxconn quality standards, safety protocols, and customer specifications.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor deliverables within high-velocity manufacturing environments.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional project management or engineering experience within high-tech manufacturing, RF, or NPI environments.
• Strong practical understanding of RF engineering principles, electronic manufacturing processes, and assembly workflows.
• Proven track record in managing complex schedules, cross-functional teams, risk mitigation, and recovery planning.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools, Excel data analysis, and technical presentation software.
• Immediate availability (immediate joiners preferred) or a maximum 1-month notice period.
• Mandatory legal eligibility to work in India with availability for on-site operations in Bengaluru.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Advanced postgraduate degrees in Engineering Management or Business Administration (MBA).
• Professional certifications in project management such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master.
• Prior professional experience working within tier-1 EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) or original device manufacturing (ODM) firms.
• Comprehensive knowledge of wireless communication standards, antenna testing, and RF measurement equipment.
• Strong background in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt methodologies, and continuous improvement.
