In this critical network operations leadership role, you will be responsible for expert-level radio access network (RAN) troubleshooting, major incident technical leadership, recovery and change governance, and rigorous root cause analysis (RCA). You will leverage your deep practical expertise in multi-vendor cellular infrastructures, problem management, L1/L2 mentoring, and stakeholder coordination to maintain uncompromised network availability and operational excellence. As a Senior RAN Operations Engineer at Yeshvika Talents across Pan India, you will take full operational and technical ownership of high-impact radio access network incidents, emergency failover procedures, and service restoration workflows. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading advanced troubleshooting for complex RAN outages, reviewing and directing recovery, upgrade, and configuration activities under approved MOPs, and engaging OEM vendors, cloud providers, and client T3 engineering teams. You will drive root cause analysis and after-action reviews, track corrective actions to closure, review operational runbooks and escalation standards, and mentor junior L1/L2 engineers. Furthermore, you will manage rotational shift operations across 3 shifts, ensure strict adherence to change and recovery governance, and maintain meticulous operational documentation.
