We are actively seeking an experienced and specialized RF Hardware Engineer specializing in 4G/5G Small Cells to join our technology team in Bangalore on a full-time basis. In this critical hardware engineering role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, validating, and debugging advanced RF hardware systems, including RF Front Ends, Power Amplifiers, filters, and outdoor radio units. You will leverage your deep expertise in Keysight and Rohde & Schwarz test equipment to drive RF bring-up, calibration, and regulatory compliance testing. This opportunity requires a skilled electronics professional with 5 to 8 years of hands-on RF design experience and immediate availability.
As an RF Hardware Engineer, you will take full ownership of radio frequency hardware design, schematic capture, PCB layout review, and antenna integration for 4G/5G Small Cells, femtocells, and outdoor radio systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include executing rigorous RF bring-up, debugging signal degradation, performing transceiver calibration, and troubleshooting complex RF, digital, and power-related issues. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional RF systems, mechanical, and baseband engineering teams to ensure optimal wireless performance across cellular bands. Furthermore, you will manage ODM collaborations, oversee regulatory compliance testing (FCC/CE), and validate prototype hardware against stringent telecom standards.
