• Hands-on RF amplifier design experience mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF/microwave circuits and subsystems.
• Design and optimize LNA, driver and RF power amplifiers.
• Design and analyze RF receiver chains including filters, switches and mixers.
• Perform device selection, biasing, impedance matching, stability, gain, noise figure and PAE analysis.
• Conduct RF circuit simulation and optimization using Keysight ADS and AWR.
• Support RF PCB design, hardware realization, debugging, and simulation-to-hardware correlation.
• Conduct RF measurements using VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Power Meter and Oscilloscope.

Job description

• B.E./B.Tech in ECE/RF & Microwave/Electronics with 3+ years of relevant experience, or
• M.E./M.Tech in RF & Microwave/Electronics/Communication with 2+ years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF/Microwave circuits and subsystems, including RF Amplifiers, Receiver Chains and T/R Modules.
• Design and optimize LNA, Driver Amplifier and RF Power Amplifier circuits.
• Design and analyze RF receiver chains, including LNA, filters, switches, mixers, attenuators and associated RF interfaces.
• Perform device selection, biasing, impedance matching, stability, gain, noise figure, output power, P1dB, linearity and PAE analysis.
• Perform RF circuit simulation and optimization using Keysight ADS and AWR Microwave Office.
• Support RF PCB design, hardware realization, debugging, and simulation-to-hardware correlation.
• Conduct RF measurements using VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Power Meter and Oscilloscope.
• Troubleshoot RF hardware and optimize designs based on measured results.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on RF Amplifier Design experience is mandatory.
• Experience in RF Receiver Chain design and analysis.
• Strong hands‑on experience with ADS and/or AWR.
• Good understanding of S-parameters, impedance matching, stability, noise figure, gain, sensitivity, P1dB, linearity and RF power.
• Strong RF testing, measurement and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Experience

• Hands‑on experience in T/R Module design, development, integration and testing.
• Experience with GaN/GaAs RF devices.
• Experience with S-band, C-band or X-band RF systems, particularly radar or aerospace applications.
• Experience with RF front‑end development and high‑power RF systems.

Desired Profile

Strong combination of RF amplifier design, receiver-chain design, T/R module experience, RF simulation, and hands‑on laboratory testing, with the ability to work from design and simulation through hardware testing and validation.
