Work Force Nexus in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is seeking a detail-oriented Revit MEP Engineer specializing in Plumbing and Drainage for BIM delivery on diverse commercial and residential projects. On-site, full-time, 3–4 years of hands-on Revit MEP expertise are required.

You will model water supply, drainage, sewerage and stormwater systems, develop layouts and pump room models, perform BIM coordination, and prepare construction drawings and BOQs while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years hands-on experience in Revit MEP.
• Strong background in Plumbing & Drainage modelling.
• Ability to interpret drawings and develop BIM models.
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection is a plus.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards is advantageous.

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Revit MEP Engineer with strong expertise in Plumbing and Drainage systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate BIM models, coordination, and construction documentation for technically demanding projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Revit MEP modelling for water supply, drainage, sewerage, and stormwater systems
• Develop plumbing layouts, pump room models, and riser drawings
• Perform BIM coordination, clash detection, and model reviews using Navisworks
• Prepare BOQ and quantity take-offs from BIM models
• Generate construction-level drawings and project documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality BIM deliverables

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Revit MEP
• Strong background in Plumbing & Drainage system modelling
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and develop accurate BIM models
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination (preferred)
• Familiarity with international BIM standards (BS EN 19650, LOD 300–400) is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills
