Job summary

Egis Road Operation India is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler – PHE with 8–10 years of experience to develop detailed BIM models for PHE/Plumbing on commercial projects in Gurgaon.

You will model water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems using Revit MEP, coordinate with Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Fighting teams, and ensure deliverables meet BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil, Mechanical, Plumbing or related field.
• 8–10 years in PHE/Plumbing BIM modeling.
• Strong hands-on experience with Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination processes.
• Experience on large-scale commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed PHE/Plumbing BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Model domestic water supply, drainage, stormwater, sanitary systems.
• Prepare plumbing layouts, riser diagrams, schematics, and drawings.
• Coordinate BIM models with Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting disciplines.
• Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Prepare shop drawings, schedules, and documentation.
• Ensure models/drawings comply with BIM standards and Execution Plans.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Review models for accuracy and quality; support the BIM team.
• Maintain model integrity and timely project deliverables.

What do we need from you
